2. Definition of phrasal verbs
A phrasal verbs, consists of a verb and a preposition or adverb that
modifies or change the meaning of a phrasal. Give up' is a phrasal verb
that means 'stop doing' something, which is very different from 'give'.
The word or words that modify a verb in this manner can also go under
the name particle.
Some Phrasal verbs has two different meanings for example:
Work out: exercise I work out at the gym every day
Work out: Be successful Our plan worked out fine
Get up: Get out of bed I get up early every day to work in my house.
Get up: Stand You should get up and give the pregnant
woman your seat
