The student learned about new technologies like digital cameras and iMovie software during the process of constructing their thriller product. At first, the student struggled with using the new digital camera but became more comfortable with it over time. The student also found the editing process challenging due to being unfamiliar with the iMovie software on the iMac computers. Overall, the student felt it was a good learning experience to work with new technologies, but encountered some issues with equipment like unstable tripods and lack of lighting that impacted the filming.
This article discusses the option of taking aerial photographs of railroads from small private planes. It explains that while access to railroad yards has decreased, flying over tracks provides unique views. The summary describes how to contact local flight schools to charter small planes, what to consider for safe and legal photography from the air, and tips for getting clear photos through plane windows or with doors removed.
This document provides guidance on writing commentary for essays. It recommends including at least two points of commentary for every one point of concrete detail. Commentary requires analyzing and making judgments about details rather than just reporting them. When writing commentary on literature, first-person pronouns should be avoided, and comments should analyze what details reveal about characters and events rather than making subjective statements. The phrase "This shows that" can help structure commentary during the drafting process but should be removed from the final version.

The document discusses potential influences of violence in video games like Borderlands 2 on audiences and regulatory bodies that rate games. It describes how violence in games could promote accepting violence in reality and gives an example of a mass shooter claiming the game Call of Duty influenced his skills. It also notes Borderlands 2 includes options to toggle gore and language. Two regulatory bodies that rate games for age-appropriateness are described: the Video Standards Council (VSC) that uses the PEGI system and considers factors like violence, language, and criminal activity when rating games. Borderlands 2 receives a PEGI 18 rating for its violence, blood, gore, swearing, and sexual references.

I asked my model to ride the end of the

In this image I captured the rider
