2. This is the greatest command from the Lord
that we Christian must do.
We can see here that Jesus was
questioned what the greatest command
was, and then Jesus answered, to love
God and love your neighbor.

3. We are required to love God because God is
love.
I. WE MUST LOVE THE LORD
(v.37)

4.  To love God with all our hearts it means,
we use our time, energy, talent and
resources. To prove that we really love
Him.
A. We need to love the Lord
with all our hearts

5. To love is a very difficult decision.
You need to sacrifice and give up
everything to show your love.

6.  It means loving God in good days and bad
days.
B. We need to love the lord
with all our souls
 Having an eternal love with Him because
of His extravagant love for us.

7. Loving God with all our life is not a
washy-wishy, means (lacking of
strength or will).

8. C. We need to love God with all
our minds.

9.  To love the Lord with all our minds is done
when our thoughts dwell on Him and His
holiness and goodness, love, mercy, and
beauty. Then we reply to His perfection
with prayer, praise, song and worship in
Spirit and in truth.

10. To love God is a decision to do His
command.
If we really love Him, we do things according
to His will.

11. There are five ways to love our
neighbours.
II. LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR AS
YOURSELF

12. There are many things we can give,
our time, kindness, compassion, and
prayer.
1. Be Generous

13. If a man gains a whole world but
loses his own soul, what has he gain?
2. Be Ethical

14.  To be a man of high ethics, requires the
willingness to sacrifice personal material
gain, when that type of success crosses
the line of moral and human dignity.

15.  Judge all things and people honestly, we
aren’t to show partiality to a poor man
just because of his situation, but the
some supplies to a rich man. Be fair in all
you do.
3. Be Fair

16. Sometimes, one of the most difficult
things to do is to smile.
4. Be Kind

17. Kindness and compassion are
two of the most powerful
weapon.

18. Forgive and let it go. Pray every day
and forgive those who harm you.
5. Be Peaceful
If we respect ourselves, then respect
others. If we love ourselves, love
others.

19. Loving is choice,
not a feeling.
