12. CONTRACT DETAILS

13. Contract Details
✓ Must be a “Solar Professional” member of Solar San Antonio
✓ Agreement signed to participate
✓ Must be eligible to participate in CPS Energy solar rebate program
✓ For each lead received, an initial contact to the lead will be made within
the given time period
✓ Failure to contact a lead within this time period will result in forfeit of
the lead. The lead will then be distributed to another installer.
✓ Installer may not contact a forfeited lead.
✓ For each lead that results in contract, installer will pay a fee to Solar San
Antonio.
➡ PV up to and including 5 kW, installer will pay $100 per contract
➡ PV larger than 5 kW will pay $.03 (three cents) per watt
➡ Solar hot water contracts, installer will pay a flat fee of $50
➡ For contracts other than PV or hot water, e.g. attic fans, solar screens, etc., resulting
from a BSH lead, installer will pay 1% of the total contract price to Solar San Antonio.
✓ Installer agrees to make payment due to Solar San Antonio at the time
installer receives payment for the work to be performed.
14. Changes to the Contract
- Installer agrees that for each lead received, an initial contact to the
lead will be made within two weeks of the receipt of the lead.
- Installer agrees to pay a fee of $20 (twenty dollars) for each lead
received.
- If installer is a participant in the commercial lead portion of the Bring
Solar Home Campaign, installer agrees to pay a fee of $100 for each
lead. The fee per contract will be $.03 per STC watt for PV systems
and $100 per contract for solar hot water systems
- Installer is free at any time to discontinue participating in the Bring
Solar Home Campaign
- Installer agrees to use the Sales Force program provided by Solar San
Antonio to record relevant information regarding pursuit of each
lead.
