Panino Giusto opened its first restaurant in Milan in 1979 with a dream of celebrating the Italian panino worldwide. It now has 27 restaurants across 5 countries, serving over 1 million panini annually. The company remains dedicated to high quality ingredients, excellent service, and promoting Italian food culture through its restaurants and Accademia Panino Italiano training program.

of February 1979 when the very first
Panino Giusto opened in Corso Garibaldi, Milan.
That day marked the beginning of our big dream:
to celebrate the Italian panino and let
the whole world know about it.
That dream became our history.
A story steeped in Italian tradition,
but one that has travelled a lot over the years,
crossing many borders: from Italy to England,
from England to Japan, and across the ocean to America.
And the journey has only just begun.

two slices of bread. The identity of italian food is unique in the world, conceived and crafted by
a complicit nature and extraordinary craftsmanship.

the Panino, but also in the style of the service provided and the attention paid to the design.

Panino Giusto offers its employees professional training and carreer path with the support
of Accademia Panino Italiano, place of education and culture dedicated to the promotion
of Panino Italiano as a cultural product, with exhibitions, events and a thematic library that
contains 1,000 volumes.

We opened our first restaurant in Milan in 1979 with the dream of celebrating the
Panino Italiano and letting the whole world know about it.
Since then, Panino Giusto has never stood still.
We now have 27 restaurants in 5 different countries: Italy, England, Japan, Hong Kong
(China) and, by the end of this year, the USA - in Cupertino, in the heart of Silicon Valley.

Panino Giusto works with leading chef: their ideas, their creativity and their vision
have led to the creation of some amazing special editions.
Chef Alessandro Borghese
Alessandro Borghese is an Italian chef with a strong international background, whose skill and
personality appeal to a young audience looking for something new. Just one of the reasons why
Panino Giusto chose him.
In 2012, he created the Borghese di pollo for us.
Chef Claudio Sadler
Panino Giusto has worked with Claudio Sadler since 2013. He shares our philosophy that a
panino is much more than the sum of its ingredients: it’s a perfectly balanced blend of flavours
that leads to love at first bite.
In 2013, he created a panino called Tra i due.
In 2014: Sud, Armonia, Madras and Maya Burger.

14. Our restaurants
The restaurant in Largo Carrobbio that opened in Milan in 2012 marked the start of a new style
that looks towards the future with one eye on the past.
Customers will find the essence and values of Panino Giusto perfectly reflected in the simplicity
of the interior and the quality of the materials used.
Panino Giusto is inspired by Italian design, and especially the architectural masters of Milan,
that international hub for design, quality, big names and outstanding materials.
