Ahmed H Zahmuwl
My name is Ahmed Hassan Zahmuwl I was born in Libya in 28 October 1980 .I am easy
going, friendly and self-confident person , I graduated from life school ,travelling , studying ,
and natural talent his gathered to build up my strong personality . As a child languages have
fascinated me, so much so that I started to learn English at an early age .although schools in
Libya were not teaching English as one of its subjects so I had to study it by myself than I
start learning Italian language, and I speak Arabic as a mother language .
My undergraduate studies focused on computer science. As intrigued as I was by technology.
While I was at university I had an opportunity to do part time job asa a salesman in marketing
company, all what you need for this kind of job is a valid driving licence which I had I
carried out doing this job for 2 years after that I gave up as I found it difficult to do both
studying and working at the same time.
I enjoyed studying information technology; I felt this area would be more beneficial to me in
my future career. To support this work I keep up-to- date with world events and read
newspapers in both English and computer. Studying English and computer have also allowed
me to widen my knowledge of the world and as I want to travel extensively in the future to
experience different cultures and meet lots of people, I have found it very supportive to my
language studies.
I had a B.sc with a good degree in computer engineering from Tripoli university ,I have
worked as teacher for two years although I had got more experience in my flied , Also I had a
part-time job as an engineer in net cafe, which I really enjoy. I have to deal with many people
and work to deadlines on a daily basis; this job has allowed me to develop confidence and a
sense of responsibility.
After that I was appointed as an IT man in one of Germany companies in Tripoli, I was
responsible for a small network consists of 6 computers in addition to that translating reports,
using e-mail, and writing several business correspondences in Arabic language This
opportunity allowed me to demonstrate my strong leadership and organizational skills.

I had a chance to work for the biggest mobile phone company in Libya right now, but the
position was in commercial department, this was a turning point in my career , although that
was interesting as I learned a new things and my technical background helped me .I found
that being in finical and commercial side is more easier than technical
I start working for waha oil company .it is the 2th biggest oil company in Libya , the position
was in purchasing department , I learned a lot about international tread , shipping terms
,currency rates , negotiations and oil materials .in addition to that it offer an overseas training
.
Waha oil company offer me a scholarship in The USA for 52 weeks in order to develop my
career ,I was able to finish my master degree in business management in 10 months
