other expenses which are needs of life.)
 Unconditional respects from 1st circle

Effects of these problems.
• Temperament environment.
• Negative impact of children.
• Become unhealthy mentally and
physically.
• Cannot mingle others.
• Become introvert.
What can be done?
Mental
Actions Things to change mindset.
• Think positive.
• Gratitude.
• Self Control.
• Self talk positively.
• Jump out my comfort zone.
• Start praying for those persons
whom I want to backbiting.
• Work on time management.
• Don’t take too much commitment
with others.
• Filter any destruction things.
PRACTICAL IMPLIMENTATION
• Perform Namaz five times a day.
• Recite Quran daily early morning.
• Use to listen Sir Salman’s talk.
• Enroll myself in ERDC institute.
• Started yoga for mindset .
• Start walk daily nearly park with kids.
• Spend free time in art and creativity with kids.
• Set my daily and weekly schedule.
• Make to do list.
• Books reading for daily basis.
• Start sharing my good experiences with
others.
• Connect with Nature. Keep pet (birds ).
