People for Animals is India‟s largest animal
welfare organization. Headed by Smt Maneka
Gandhi, other trustees include Shri Pritish Nandy,
Shri M C Mehta and others. PFA 129 units
across India and has more than 40 animal
hospitals across India.
PFA Pune : PFA Pune is into animal welfare
since 1999 and runs rescue shelters in Pune,

When was brought to the
centre it was unable to
even lift its head. Both eyes
were severely infected.
