Hope Harris. She was able to give us a bit of in-
side into the film. She said:
“We have all seen or heard of the magic 8 balls that you
shake to get told your fate. Most of us know that it is not
real and ignore whatever it says. We know it’s just a bit of
fun. My film 8-ball follows a lost teen who feels like an out-
cast in society. When she finds this 8-ball she becomes ob-
sessed and confused. The rough cutting and quick changes
in music show how erotic she is. I hope you will be on the
edge of your seat feeling concerned for Violet. “
