To report a copyright infringement violation to Payza, the complainant must submit: 1) A statement under penalty of perjury that they own or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. 2) Identification of the infringing material and information to locate it, such as URLs or screenshots. 3) Contact information for the accused party. 4) Evidence of contacting the accused party, such as a cease and desist letter. Payza may place a hold on the accused party's account during the investigation and permanently disable accounts if infringement is found. Claims may be dismissed if found unfounded.

In order to assist you in your claim of Copyright Infringement, please submit the following information:
A statement under penalty of perjury, that the Complaining Party is the owner, or is authorized to act
on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right to that has allegedly been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (ex. URLs, screenshots, e-mails etc.) and
information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
Information that will permit Payza to sufficiently contact the accused party such as phone numbers,
e-mail addresses and physical addresses.
A copy of the contact that the Complaining Party has had with the accused party (ex. Cease and De-
sist, Notice of Infringement etc.):
Please be aware that a copy of the information you provide may be sent to the accused party.
Once the requested information is provided we will conduct an investigation into your claim. During our investigation
process we may place a hold on the accused party’s account; however this will be done at our discretion.
If following our investigation we find that the accused party is in fact in violation of your copyrighted material, their
accounts will be permanently disabled.
In the event that your claims are ultimately denied or we find them to be unfounded, it may result in the dismissal of
future claims you may bring forward.
