PART NUMBERING SYSTEM:
Profile Identification and traceability:
The parts list comprises of most of the main parts within the profile and hardware range suitable for
CASEMENT WINDOWS.
However, due to the constant addition of new parts, it is recommended that the PROFILE22 Product
Catalogue, is also referred to, this document covers most of the parts within the complete PROFILE22
product range.
Profiles:
Foiled profiles are nominated in the following ways:
Example: A77010D-where prefix “A” is the foil finish in this case Antique Oak (Sherwood), “R” Rosewood
and “M” Mahogany.
Suffix “D” denotes that the product is foiled on a (decor), dark brown substrate. If the suffix is “C”, this
denotes that is on a (caramel) light brown substrate and where the suffix “W” is used followed by a
number as the example shows: A77010W/052, this denotes that the profile is foiled on white profile (one
face only) and the foil in this case Antique Oak is foiled on the 52mm large face.
Profiles are normally marked at approximately 1metre intervals and are marked thus:
