  1. En Paraguay existen cuatro canales de TV al aire, tres diarios más importantes y unas treinta radios. Los espacios en TV se cobran por segundos. Los 500.000 dólares se refieren sólo a periódicos en el 2004 (El Proyecto cuesta al año US$ 100.000)
  2. Esta diapositiva (lámina) muestra a la izquierda un extracto del primer boletín del Proyecto en el que se estimaba el requerimiento adicional anual para avanzar hacia las metas. A la derecha, el Vicepresidente de la República y el Ministro de Acción Social informan a la opinión pública los requerimientos financieros basados en el estudio del Proyecto.
  3. El Gobierno oficializa sus metas para el 2008. Las metas sociales son producto de una asistencia técnica del Proyecto al Gobierno (Varios Ministerios). Estas metas están relacionadas con las metas del Milenio.
  4. La diapositiva muestra extractos periodísticos de distintos momentos en el proceso de abogacía.
  5. La diapositiva difunde la propuesta de un pacto fiscal entre el Congreso y el Ejecutivo. En Paraguay no se disponen de presupuestos plurianuales. El Pacto es necesario para garantizar recursos en un contexto de política de estado.
