There is a lot of misconceptions about Microsoft’s public cloud offering Azure, especially for IT infrastructure administrators but also for it’s consumers. In this session, Kenneth van Surksum will demystify some of the most common questions when talking about public cloud, like:
· Will moving our on-premise infrastructure to the cloud solve many of the problems we are facing today?
· Can developers just consume Azure, or should they align the IT infrastructure department before starting to develop, and if so why?
· Is Cloud computing a next generation virtualization platform?
· Will we once we move all of our infrastructure to Azure be relieved migration headaches?
· And much more….
Kenneth will share his experiences from implementing Azure solutions at customers with the audience. The goal of this session is to make people, who want to start working with Azure aware of the caveats so that they don’t make the obvious mistakes.
Webinar: Securing Remote Workforce on the Microsoft CloudWithum
With remote work being a reality for most, users expect to be able to connect to any resource, on any device, from anywhere in the world. Let’s face it – there is a growing realization that remote work is here to stay, so let’s do it right.
There are three critical areas that should be top of mind:
- How can we do remote work better?
- How can we maintain security?
- And, how can we reduce costs?
In this presentation, we share ideas and show tools in the Microsoft cloud for better remote work, better security and opportunity to reduce costs.

DevOps and the subsequent move to bring security in under the umbrella of DevSecOps has created a new ethos for security. This is good. But, when things go wrong–and we know they will–are we going to be successful with the DevSecOps model, or will we be left searching yet again?
In an attempt to answer this question, we will look back in history to learn how engineering decisions affect the lives of those around us, with an eye on how to make meaningful progress today.
Along the way, we will highlight the high-performing DevSecOps teams of today and introduce MEASURE, a framework for approaching DevSecOps in your organization. Topics range from empathy to lean to system safety with the hope to frame a new playbook for devs, ops, and security to work together.

Cloud Testing - What is Cloud testing and How to test on the cloud.pdfV2Soft
Cloud testing is a sort of software testing that combines web apps and software and takes place in a cloud computing environment. Cloud testing has become one of the most significant booms in the industry. Most businesses are increasingly pushing for cloud adoption due to its scalability, flexibility, and lower costs. V2Soft provides cloud testing and Software cloud testing services to ensure that computer services such as analytics, networking, software, databases, and storage can be offered over the Internet. https://www.v2soft.com/blogs/cloud-testing-future-software-testing
The only way to know if your systems can handle the number of users is to load test, however load testing is hard and the infrastructure expensive. Come and see Martin demontrate the tools and techniqies that are required to test your software under load, even in Production.
Cloud development solutions are tools and practices for building and managing applications on cloud computing platforms. Cloud platforms provide access to computing resources and services on demand. DevOps is a set of practices that aim to increase collaboration between software development and operations teams to streamline the software developmentlifecycle. DevOps development solutions integrate cloud services to enable continuous delivery, testing, and deployment of software applications.

The world of IT is shifting rapidly towards DevOps with analysts predicting the majority of companies will adopt DevOps practices in the next few years. In fact, in a recent study on DevOps by International Data Corp. (IDC), they believe that DevOps will be adopted (in either practice or discipline) by 80% of Global 1000 organizations by 2019!
Forming a DevOps team seems like a natural step, but the idea of creating a dedicated DevOps team has ignited anger in the community. Why? What's the concern? Is a DevOps team evil? Completely necessary? A necessary Evil?
Join IBM UrbanCode's Eric Minick to learn the pitfalls of creating bad DevOps teams, and successful approaches of good ones. Along the way, we’ll explore other heresies such as using tools to change culture.
The idea behind DevOps is to demolish the wall between development and operations, and encourage more collaboration and accountability between both groups so that everyone feels responsible for the code no matter where it is in the software development lifecycle. For better understanding of DevOps, we have answered the 5Ws of DevOps.
DevSecOps is a new way to deliver security as part of the Software Supply Chain. It supports a built-in process and faster security feedback loop for DevOps teams.

- Protéger mes informations dans l’approche « Cloud First »,
- …
