The students of BharatiyaVidyaBhavan’s Public School in Hyderabad conducted an eco-friendly paper project where they recycled waste paper into useful products like paper bowls, pen holders, greeting cards, and paper bags. A team of 14 students from classes 5 and 6 created these items using techniques like paper mache and handmade paper. They then sold the products and donated the proceeds to help maintain the cows at their school. The project helped the students learn about recycling, creativity, teamwork, and community service.

Public School Jubliee Hills, Hyderabad.
Our School is situated in the mist of the Hyderabad. Apart from Academics our
school also gives equal importance to other activities like gardening, Pets raring
etc., we have birds, tortoises and a cows at our School.
As a part of campaign of DFC World, our students of class V & VI have decided to
put the waste paper into best use and make several products which can be of a
help in our daily life.

4. Our Aim
By doing this project our Students got to know about several uses of waste
papers, way to recycle used papers. This also brought into light the creative
side of them.
Finally by doing this Project our Students learnt the effort of Team Work,
creating new items through waste, also the most important the Joy of Giving.

5. Our Schedule
Our Project started on 25th September and the sale was conducted on 13th
Schools we closed due to the on going strike at Hyderabad.
Awareness & Sale Proceeds
During School Assembly our students have shared about saving paper by
recycling. The money collected thru Sale of our Products will be donated
towards maintainence of Cows which we rear at our School Campus.
