Pamela Patterson Bearden has over 20 years of experience in education. She received her Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University and has a MA in ESL and BS in Education. Currently she works as an ESL Specialist for the Chilton County Board of Education where her responsibilities include teaching English to K-12 English Learners, facilitating professional development workshops, and evaluating and utilizing testing data. She has previous teaching experience in English, Spanish, Journalism and Art at the high school and elementary level.
