A t Olympus Premedia, we provide services for converting your design files into print-ready artworks with state of the art
software solution combined with our professional team.
When we receive a design for conversion; we pre-flight files for foreseeing production related
issues like very small font or lines which cannot be
reproduced or removal of unused spot colors, or
be it quality of the images in design file. We have
solution that will scan the entire design file against
print process related checklists and quality issues are
then fixed, bar code is incorporated as per the design
specification as needed.
Such pre-flighted files are then checked for proper color separations as per the design specification; be it process color or spot
color or combination of both.
Once the process is through, the next stage is to set
proper ink order and trap the design. Trapping helps
in avoiding mis-registration issues. We have special
trapping software tool to make proper trappings as per
the process requirement and now file is print-ready then
it is further taken to make multi-up plate ready file.
