This document describes an in-line unscrambling system called the PackFeeder. It consists of multiple stations that selectively move containers into a linear array to gradually attain their vertical position through their own size and shape. The system is efficient and easy to use, requiring only 2-10 minutes to change formats without tools. It also takes up less space than other systems and produces quality results while meeting noise regulations.
