This document contains a weekly lesson plan for an English class at Francisco Morazan High School. The plan is for the week of May 10-14 and covers 2-1 hours each day. The learning objective is to use English to contribute to society and the nation. The lesson will focus on identifying family members through a family tree activity. Students will watch a video on family members and do a dialogue activity in groups of three. They will read the class objectives and have conversations including family members. The lesson aims to help students understand the importance of knowing family members' names.

Presentation for The Inclusive Education Summit (TIES) Geelong 27 November 2018. Includes conceptual model - Six Critical Dimensions for Equitable Open Online education, and application to cases of multi-lingual learning.
A brief description of the collaboration established between university professors from UAB (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona) and teacher educators from CESIRE (Support Centre for Innovation and Educational Research) in the design of a primary teacher development program called “IBSE and English learning in primary education”. The primary goal of this program is to support primary science teachers and primary foreign language teachers to develop instructional units that promote the integration of Inquiry Based Science and English learning. The secondary goal of this program is to create sustainable triadic partnerships which foster educational innovations and research in the integration of primary science and language teaching and learning in Catalonia.
Within the Comenius project we are working in, we must get familiar with the other countries' educational system; so we want to show our partners ours.
The case of the 4th Laboratorial Center of Pireas
Description of a two years experience. The two defined aims covered:
PRIMARY
* support the changing curriculum in a number of specialties
* improve student engagement in order to address rising drop-out rates
SECONDARY
* maintain collaborative orientation
