  1. As seen in the video, image stands at the heart of our Brand. Our Brand vision is that we want everyone to be as passionate about the power of image as we are The brand should also communicate the experience the customer can get through using our products – i.e. what it can do for them – how it can make them more efficient, how it can inspire their creativity. Important that the connection with Canon brand remains after purchase, and throughout life of product. Create an emotional connection with our customers – get them to believe in our brand to a greater extent, rather than just the great products we produce – encourage their purchase decision to be based on brand as well as product.
