1. Outlook for Week of October 26, 2015

Nasdaq and S&P 500 are giving a weekly buy signal. The other major
stock indexes are coming close to their RevL as well.

MoM turns back down for bonds (TLT). Weak bullish. Hold.

Gold is fully bullish. Needs follow through. Hold.

EURUSD has turned down after several failed attempts to get above 1.14
RevL. Continuation of bearish trend, now in its 75th
week.

Oil stays weak bearish.

Wheat stays weak bearish. 12 weeks of bearish trend has brought mostly
sideways action.

All major stock indexes are in bullish mode with upward MoM. Just stay
the course.

Bonds (TLT) are back to weak bullish. Downward MoM indicates it may
turn bearish soon.

Gold is weak bullish. Needs follow through to keep the rally going.

$EURUSD had another failed rally and is fully bearish again. Stay short
(or out)

Oil is in bearish mode after failing to climb above $50. Waiting for next
buy signal.

Wheat stays bearish but holds up fairly well. Wait.

Buy signal for Dow Industrials, France, India
and South Korea
Comments:

Continued improvement. MoM keeps going up
for all covered markets.

One by one world markets are putting the recent
correction behind them. The MSCI World Index
is also at the verge of turning bullish, which
would be another positive sign. More markets
are coming close to their weekly RevL, so we
could get more buy signals in the next weeks.

Buy signal for BA, DD, DIS and MMM
Comments:

19 stocks bullish, up from 15 last week. 15 or
more = mild bullish and improving. See article:


Another big improvement this week with 4 new
buyers. It takes more than 20 bullish stocks to
consider the market healthy again, so we need
a few more. Things keep going in the right
direction and MoM keeps pointing up for all but
one stock. There is no good reason to fight the
tide.
