This document summarizes a promotional campaign for Bulgarian food products in several German and Central/Eastern European cities. The campaign promotes lyutenitsa ayvar, pindzhur, roasted peppers, rose jam, and peach compote through various information and promotion activities including advertising, exhibitions and trade fairs, supermarket product tastings, thematic dinners, producer visits, culinary school engagements, workshops, and presentation events. Promotional materials like brochures, folders, DVDs, posters, bags, and notepads will also be used to promote the products.
