Osmosis is a process by which solvent molecules, such as water,
move from an area of low concentration of solute molecules to an area of
high concentration of solute molecules across a semi-permeable membrane
until equilibrium is achieved.

Two slices of
cucumber
Two glasses Knife Peeler
Tap Water Boiled Water Two Tablespoon
of salt

7. Procedure 01
First thing to do is wash the cucumbers thoroughly
and peel its skin off. And then you're going to cut two slices,
and try and get them as equal in size as you can.

Next is weight the cucumber slices before starting the
experiment.

Then, you’re going to need two glasses of water. The first glass
should be filled with ordinary tap water, and add two spoons of ordinary salt
to make a saline solution while the other glass should be filled with distilled
water. The cucumber slices will be put inside the containers separately, and
by using a timer, we will wait in an hour, weigh them again, and see if
anything's happened.

10. After repeatedly weighing them each hour has passed
we can see something's happening, but it's clearly happening
very slowly.
