without increasing unnecessary costs.
The time to comply with regulations is extensive and requires
many intermediaries and paperwork.
Unnecessary costs are added to elements in the chain that
are not creating value.
Also, related problems appear that are difficult to handle like
corruption in customs and drug trafficking.
