To address the issue of dismissing 32 students from classrooms to their cottages in a safe and orderly manner, a school conducted a needs assessment through student, teacher, and staff quizzes to understand their awareness of the dismissal process and their actual behaviors. The school aims to develop a dismissal procedure that gets students to their cottages in an orderly way while maintaining proper staff-to-student ratios and supervision of students.

 1. To dismiss students in an orderly fashion to their cottages after school is
over
 2. To ensure that students are supervised at all times during dismissal time
and travel time to their cottages

3. Needs Assessment
 1. Our needs assessment will include giving quizzes to students, teachers, and
the child care staff to see how aware of the problem they are
 2. The quiz will also ask them to write about what they actually find
themselves doing at dismissal

4. Audience
 1. We have 32 students that need to get to 4 different cottages in a orderly
and safe manner

 1. To get the students from their classrooms to their cottages in an orderly
fashion and without chaos

