Winter Park
In 1857, WC Roper settled into the area
seeking a place to build a home and raise his
family. The ambitious settler opened and
operated a sawmill, gristmill, sugar mill and
cotton gin. He also served as Orange
County’s Superintendent of schools from
1873 to 1877. Fondly referred to as a
modern-day Mayberry USA by residents,
Winter Garden is a Florida destination - only
without pretense.
Windermere/Isleworth
Established in 1889 and known for pristine
lakes and championship golf courses,
Windermere is one of the most prestigious
neighborhoods in all of Central
Florida.Exclusive mansions and estates grace
the shoreline of the spring-fed Butler Chain of
Lakes where residents enjoy boating, skiing,
and fishing through interconnecting lakes –
designated as one of Florida’s “Outstanding
Waterways”.
Southeast Orlando
This 100 square mile area encompasses the
University of Central Florida, Orlando
International Airport and various master-
planned communities such as Avalon Park &
Waterford Lakes. These communities are a mix
of single-family and multi-family homes
clustered around retail, restaurant,
entertainment and commercial development.
Avalon Park was built upon the rich traditions of
small-town life.
Ocoee
Through the years, Ocoee transformed
from an isolated citrus town to now the 3rd
largest cities in Orange County. Today,
Ocoee is home to a one million square foot
regional mall, and over 25 new subdivisions
with homes of all price ranges. Housing is
Ocoee’s hot commodity.
Maitland
Established in 1839 as Fort Maitland by the
U.S. Army, Maitland is a city rich in history. The
residents of the city are proud of the city’s past
and activelypursue preservation of historical
residences. A “historical corridor” has been
established encompassing old residences still
standing and occupied in the Lake Lily-Lake
Catherine area and extending through the
Central portion of the city.
Lake Nona
Lake Nona is an impressive, 7,000 acre,
master-planned community located within
the City limits of Orlando. The area offers
incredible amenities combined with diverse
workspaces andreal estate options,
including a 600-acre private residential golf
club community. This community boasts an
abundance of retail and entertainment
choices living harmoniously next to the new
Science & Technology Park.
Gotha
The town of Gotha, Florida, just north of upscale
Windermere, was founded in 1879 by German
immigrant H. A. Hempel. Hempel Avenue, the
“main street” of Gotha, is named in his honor.
Gotha is well-known for its horticultural history
and was once dubbed the “Caladium Capital of
the World” and home of Henry Nehrling, a
horticulturist who specialized in growing tropical
and subtropical plants.
Downtown Orlando
Downtown Orlando is a vibrant and historic
urban neighborhood with easy access to

Conway Chain of Lakes
The Conway Chain is one of Orlando's top

incorporated under the name “Apopka” in
1882. As the indoor foliage capital of the world,

are dedicated to growing orchids. Although
Apopka’s “roots” are in agriculture, this area
now hosts some of the region’s most exclusive
addresses.
