This document summarizes the results of encoding an audio file using Opus at different bitrates: 1) The original WAV file was 620KB, 44.1KHz, 16-bit stereo. 2) Encoding was done with Opus at bitrates from 160kbps down to 6kbps. Higher bitrates like 160kbps had higher encoded bitrates around 165kbps while lower bitrates like 6kbps had much lower encoded bitrates around 6kbps. 3) Encoding runtime was less than 1 second for all encodings. File sizes, bitrates, and overhead percentages varied depending on the target encoding bitrate.
