The Overall Neuropathy Limitations Scale (ONLS) measures an individual's ability to perform tasks with their upper and lower extremities by having an examiner question and observe the patient to determine how neuropathy impacts functional activities. The examiner records any limitations from disorders other than peripheral neuropathy.
