FEASIBILITY REPORT
This feasibility report provide necessary information on the Sachet water factory of
Oneyimoh table water located at Engr. Sanni”S compound Oziokutu Nagazi area of Adavi
local government in Kogi state Nigeria.
1. The factory is aim to produce quality sachet water with the state of the earth water
treatment plant at affordable and profitable price that will go round the whole of
Ebira land including Ajaokuta, Adavi, Okene, Okehi and Ogori magongo local
governments.
2. The sole proprietor is Hajiya Habibatu Oneyimoh Sanni. A reputable and best mother
of five children. The business shall be managed by the children, who are
professionals in various disciplines. The initial capital is targeted for the sum of Ten
million naira. The finance will be the joint effort and contribution from the children.
3. The factory will produce 50cl sachet water commonly known as pure water, this is
initiated by the scarcity in the existing supply gap of this products in Ebira land. The
production process shall be drawing of water from a standard bore hole through a
submersible pump that will pass through two types of filtration system and stored in
5000 gallon capacity plastic tank as raw water, which is then force through a reverse
osmosis machine and finally through an ultra violet filter to the sachetting machine
then collected in a clean stainless bowl and bagged professionally. A bag shall
contain 20 sachet which is the usual practice and will be sold at factory price of
N60:00 only.
4. The Ebira people lack portable and good water due to long neglect of the state
government which make pure water as the only source of drinking water to the
people. The people are naturally hard working people and they struggle to enjoy the
best of life, a sachet of pure water at N5 will be highly affordable. Right now the
supply of sachet water in Ebira land is negligible compare to the demand and
population of the people, this explain why similar product come from the
neighbouring town like Kabba, Ajaokuta and even Auchi in Edo state and yet the
demand is still very high to the extent that people go to wait and cue for the
product.
Oneyimoh will locate shops in strategic locations in all the four local government and
supply of product will be to the shops as early as 5-6am every morning and the shops
will sale at the factory price of N60 per bag. Each shop will be expected to make a
sale of about 200 bags on a daily basis. The shop will be provided with convenient
( wheel barrow ) of assisting customers to carry the products to their homes and
shops.
The distribution vans, two for a start will be the major product distributors that will
serve the shops and other customers in entire Ebira land.

2. A distribution van will be managed by a Marketing assistant and two sale boys which
will be supported and motivated to make a sales of a thousand bags on a daily basis.
