Regional meeting for the Near East and North Africa on the Regional Initiative “Sustainable Small Scale Agriculture for Inclusive Development” - 2 - 3 Mar 2015, Egypt
Cooperative farming is the need of the world to save this earth for our living. I think the people and the leaders of this world will understand the seriousness behind this issue and will take suitable step.
Small scale farming and individual farming has its own limitation with this population explosion. Population explosion made the farming in to smaller and smaller fragments through division and re division, consuming lot of agriculture lands in the name of township and land development for urbanization. Scattered housing and industrialization with very good plans inside and very poor infrastructure in the public level made the agriculture lands consumed in the name of road / railway tract forming. People staying away from the place of work and spending lot of time on the road made the road widening mandatory and further consumed the agriculture land. Small scale farming people spraying the poison on the plant to survive themselves economically makes the un targeted people morbid and killing them very slowly. Small scale farming people suffering loss due to environmental non cooperation, unscientific methods of agriculture, fluctuating marketing values, loss in storage and transportation and so on made them poor day by day and making the farmer to leave his profession and go for some other non productive but economically feasible profession, this leads to increase in the price of food grains.
Cooperative farming can afford costly useful agriculture instruments, agriculture scientist for guidance, assess the demand of the nation in food requirement thus can grow the food item which is in need, thus prevent the market fluctuation and loss, people can involve in the process of nation building and thus the man power can be utilized to the maximum extent with increase in individual and national economy.

1.) Do you subscribe to the view that sharecropping is an inefficient form of tenancy in
agriculture? You may argue for or against this view.
2.) Currently, agriculture performs a supporting role in developing world—it supports the urban
industrial sector. Are you satisfied with this role or do you want to advocate a different role for
agriculture?
Solution
1. In my opinion, the system is not inefficient but there are loopholes in its implementation.
For African American families, sharecropping had the advantage of involving less work than
farming had involved during the slave era. Families worked together on a small plot, usually
growing cotton or tobacco. African American sharecroppers worked about one-third fewer hours
than they had as slaves, while women and children worked less than men. Workers were no
longer forced to work as hard as possible until they were exhausted, as they had been under the
slave system. Sharecroppers escaped the gang system and close supervision that had
characterized slave agriculture.
The disadvantages of sharecropping, however, soon became apparent. A new system of credit,
the crop lien, became closely associated with sharecropping. Under this system, a planter or
merchant extended a small line of credit to the sharecropper while taking the year’s crop as
collateral. The sharecropper could then draw food and supplies from the store of the planter or
the merchant. When the crop was harvested, the planter or merchants who held the lien sold the
harvest for the sharecropper and settled the debt. The system depended on the honesty of the
planter.
Sharecropping is a good mode as long as people involved are honest and ethical in their
approach. If one of the party tries to exploit other, it becomes unbearable.
2) This is an impoortant but not the only role for agriculture; Agriculture serves as raw material
provider for agro based industries. It provides employment to a large section of population. It
also acts as demand creating sector for non agriculture sectors.
Importance of agricultural sector can be shown as below:
1. Per capita income is the annual average income of the individuals of a nation. We derive it by
dividing national income on total population. Agricultural sector provides more jobs to
unemployed people. It increases the individuals as well as national income. Agricultural sector is
essential to increase the PCI, which is $ 1254 at present.
2. Agriculture sector provides employment to major portion of our labour force. More than
45.0% of our labour force is directly involved in agriculture sector, while 66.7% of our rural
population is dependent on agriculture. This is the major sector, which provides employment to a
large portion of our population. Agriculture sector is helpful to reduce the unemployment and
disguised unemployment.
3. Agriculture development has significant impact on rural development. If productivity
increases in agriculture it reduces poverty and stimulates non-farm employment, .

Elevating Tactical DDD Patterns Through Object CalisthenicsDorra BARTAGUIZ
After immersing yourself in the blue book and its red counterpart, attending DDD-focused conferences, and applying tactical patterns, you're left with a crucial question: How do I ensure my design is effective? Tactical patterns within Domain-Driven Design (DDD) serve as guiding principles for creating clear and manageable domain models. However, achieving success with these patterns requires additional guidance. Interestingly, we've observed that a set of constraints initially designed for training purposes remarkably aligns with effective pattern implementation, offering a more ‘mechanical’ approach. Let's explore together how Object Calisthenics can elevate the design of your tactical DDD patterns, offering concrete help for those venturing into DDD for the first time!
Kubernetes & AI - Beauty and the Beast !?! @KCD Istanbul 2024Tobias Schneck
As AI technology is pushing into IT I was wondering myself, as an “infrastructure container kubernetes guy”, how get this fancy AI technology get managed from an infrastructure operational view? Is it possible to apply our lovely cloud native principals as well? What benefit’s both technologies could bring to each other?
Let me take this questions and provide you a short journey through existing deployment models and use cases for AI software. On practical examples, we discuss what cloud/on-premise strategy we may need for applying it to our own infrastructure to get it to work from an enterprise perspective. I want to give an overview about infrastructure requirements and technologies, what could be beneficial or limiting your AI use cases in an enterprise environment. An interactive Demo will give you some insides, what approaches I got already working for real.

Introduction
1. BANBAT was deployed in Central African Republic in 2014 with a view to
guarding the MSR-1 and established the peace within the AOR. Beside the
assigned task, BANBAT is performing many activities for the welfare of the
people of Central African Republic. The activities of BANBAT helped capacity
building of the local people and local authorities. These activities win the hearts
and minds of the mass population and contribute to the development of the
country as well.

The Agriculture Adviser identified the main problem of the instability of the
country is unemployment of young generation. The country is full of natural
resources and has a vast scope of development in Agriculture and livestock
sector. The villages are scattered and dis-organized, the people are sitting idle in
their houses. If the people cane organized and bring under agricultural activities,
the country will develop and establish peace within very short time.
Participation in Agricultural Fair in Bouar

main employment opportunity of inhabitants of CAR. Maximum population
lives in villages and the villages are small in size. The villages are mostly 15
to 30 families and are in cluster form. Farmer are cultivated their land far
from villages and are in scattered form. Unemployment is another big
problem for the country. There is no small or medium industries, the only
agriculture farming can solve the problem alone. In these aspect
communities based integrated farming can be best method of removing all
problems from this country.
5. BANBAT showed a model of Integrated Farming System in the Agriculture
Fair in Bouar. The model represents a house will convert into farm house.
This model was highly appreciated by the National dignitaries and
