Nick describes one of the best days of his life, which was his friend Lavinia's birthday party. He met up with several friends at school and they went to Lavinia's grandparents' village. While waiting for the meat to cook, they went to a nearby forest where they took photos in groups by gender. The boys talked about computers while the girls admired the scenery and the boys. They rested in the forest before returning to the village for dessert, making it an enjoyable day Nick will remember.
