OmegaRV announced the start of RV manufacturing operations in Caldwell, Idaho. They purchased the assets of the former KIT Manufacturing plant, including equipment and intellectual property. Key managers from previous RV companies have reassembled at OmegaRV, including Don Day as General Manager and Scott Thorpe as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. OmegaRV intends to offer dealerships an innovative, quality product while keeping costs low by locating in Idaho and maintaining service centers near production. The company will focus on travel trailers, fifth wheels, and toy haulers, reviving popular brand names.

1. OMEGA RV STARTS PRODUCTION

ManufacturingplantinCaldwell,Idaho. Productionandoffice buildingsonthe propertyare underlease
withan optiontobuy. The LLC’sjointmembershipincludesDonDay,whowill be actingGeneral
Manager, andScott Thorpe,Vice-Presidentof SalesandMarketing. OmegaRV’s hasreassembled an
extremelysuccessful keymanagementteam, aswell asskilledstaff andproduction employeesfromKIT,
Extreme RV and Extreme Warrior. FormerKITand Extreme RV PurchasingManager, Terry LaMasters,
and EngineeringManager,Paul Forstie willresume these positionsforOmegaRV’s.

The company will focusonTravel Trailers,FifthWheelsandToy-haulersrevivingthe popularRoad
Ranger,Companion,Sportsmaster, andMontereyname brands.
