The OIB (British version) is a Franco-British school leaving certificate that combines the French Baccalaureate with two subjects (English Language & Literature and History-Geography) taught and examined in English to A-Level standard. It provides students with a single qualification valid for university entrance in both France and Britain. The OIB is offered in three academic streams (Languages & Literature, Economics & Social Sciences, and Mathematics & Sciences) and assessed through written and oral exams as well as coursework. It develops students' academic abilities in both English and French and provides a well-rounded education preparing them for university studies in various fields.
