The COMSODE project received funding from the European Union to develop an Open Data Node platform. The Open Data Node allows organizations to automate the publication of internal data as open data by creating an automated publication process, rather than manually publishing updated data. The Open Data Node has already been used by several public organizations in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Italy, and Netherlands to publish and share open data. The document encourages public bodies, researchers, companies and enthusiasts to use the Open Data Node platform and services to benefit from COMSODE's experience in open data.
