Having assisted over 280,000 passengers with reduced mobility through Dublin Airport in 2017 here is a snap shot of some of the wonderful comments and feedback the OCS Team received. As the OCS Airport Service Manager I am so proud to be part of this wonderful service and especially that of the dedication, respect and courtesy displayed by all of our Customer Care Agents in the PRM operation.

“I want to extend my sincere thanks and huge appreciation to
all of the staff members in OCS which made my trip to London
with a close family friend last weekend a truly enjoyable and
hassle free experience”.
3. 19th February 2017
“Hi I am just emailing to say a huge thank you to OCS staff
who facilitated us on our recent journey through Dublin
airport on the 11th of February. I also want to say thank you
for the important flyer lanyards. I was travelling with my twin
daughters Olivia and Clodagh, who have Autism and the staff
who walked us through the airport were amazing”.

“I’d like to highly praise two of your employees at the Dublin
Airport. In February this year I landed in Dublin with my
friend and my niece. Since I needed a wheelchair we were
greeted by Jack who took us to our Car Hire desk. We’d like to
say thank you for all the hard work.”

“I had an incident on the flight that left me needing medical
attention, I don’t remember much of what happened but do
remember the assistance I received from OCS. I would like to
pass on my gratitude to Darren for his kindness throughout
what was a frightening experience, the whole staff of OCS
were fantastic”.

“ My husband and I just want to thank you so much for all
your assistance on our recent flights. We went to Lourdes.
Honestly the miracles began from the very minute we arrived
in Dublin Airport. We just couldn’t get over the assistance
given by the OCS staff. This has opened so many doors for us
that we thought were shut tight, you just wouldn’t believe the
professionalism and compassion shown by this staff has done
for us in regards to planning for future flights”.
7. 14th June 2017
“We recently travelled through the airport going to Lanzarote
on Thursday 25th May, and returned on 3rd June, on the Aer
Lingus flights. We were assisted by the OCS staff, who were
exceptional.
I would like to thank them all as nothing was any trouble to
them, and without this help we wouldn’t be able to travel
through the airport independently”.
8. 24 July 2017
“Just wanted to pass along a thank you and commendation to
Mr Phillip Daily. Mr Daily helped my brother Kevin and me
through security and customs at terminal 2 this morning. I can
honestly say that without Mr Daily's patience, diligence and
support there is no way we would have made our flight. Mr
Daily is an outstanding young man and you would be very
wise to take care of him and retain him in your organization”.

“I just wanted to convey my sincere thanks and praise to your
passenger assistance team at the airport - they are wonderful!
I injured my back while at a work conference in Dublin and did
not know how I would manage the flight home. I never
normally send feedback for things, but I felt I had to on this
instance as they were both so exceptional and made a
challenging situation so much easier”.

Michaela last Wednesday 6th September 17
I was very impressed by Michaela. She was especially patient and
easy-going with me. I felt at ease in Michaela's company — and
confident in her knowledge of the airport.
I think that Michaela is a fabulous credit to both OCS and to Dublin
airport itself”.

“I travelled on Aer Lingus tonight from Manchester. I had
requested wheelchair assistance for my Mum and I'd just like
to compliment your service. There was a minibus waiting on
the Tarmac and an attendant waiting when we arrived at the
terminal, which was great. The attendant who helped us was
fantastic. He treated us both with such dignity & respect”

“I flew for the first time since my spinal injury on Thursday 17th
August and returned on Tuesday 22nd.
I would like to complement your Staff for their support and
friendliness I was put at ease from the moment I spoke to the girl at
the desk to the time I was put into my seat on the aircraft.
It is a wonderful service that you provide and I would like to thank
each and everyone of your staff that helped me especially a young
man named Kevin”.

“My husband and I came into Dublin last week as part of our
holiday in Europe. It was our first trip to Ireland and the first
person to greet us was a young man by the name of Nigel who
met us at our gate with a wheelchair for me, I wish there were
more Nigel’s in this world. We wanted to thank you for having
him on your team at Dublin Airport. He truly was a Godsend
to us. It is people like Nigel that will bring us back to Ireland
again”.

20. “I arrived at Dublin on a flight from Hartford and began feeling ill, I
caught the attention of a police officer, He could see that I was in
some distress and summoned two medical personnel, after they
performed a number of medical tests, I was then turned over to
Frank a member of your OCS team who helped me get booked on a
flight for the next day, He was great! You are lucky to have such
good people working at Dublin Airport. As instructed by Frank I
reported back to OCS the next morning and was assisted by
someone else to my gate, about an hour later Frank came to me at
my gate just to make sure that I was okay, It doesn't get any better
than that”.
