The Extension 100 Point Drop Game involves teams wagering up to 100 points in 10 point increments on topics and answering multiple choice questions to earn or lose points. Objective of Extension 100 Point Drop Game: correctly answer the questions as they relate to the topic
after wagering up to 100 points (in increments of 10 points) that will be awarded for the correct answer or deducted
for the wrong answer.
Each team will decide how many points they would like to wager per topic. Points can be wagered in increments of 10,
up to 100 points. Wager points will be written on the wager line on the outside of the folded question sheet. The
wagered point amount, decided by your team, will be added to your team score for the correct answers and subtracted
for the incorrect answers.
Each topic includes multiple choice questions with 5 to 10 questions per topic. Each topic will get 1 minute 30 seconds to
answer the questions on the topic card.
Please note: each team has the same topic cards with the same questions.
Rules of Play:
Each envelop includes one topic card. The topic is listed on the outside of the folded question sheet. The wager
line must be filled out BEFORE opening the question sheet.
Each question must be answered by clearly circling the answer your team believes is correct. Questions that
remain unanswered will be counted as incorrect and points will be subtracted.
Teams may work together to answer the questions.
No use of the internet (via computer, phone, or tablet) unless cashing in an Extension brain
game Chip.
Disputes will be first addressed to the Extension brain game team members around the room.
To Play It:
At the appointed time, the team will determine how many points it wishes to wager on the topic. The team MUST write
their points they wish to wager on the provided line.
When time begins, the teams may unfold the question sheet and begin answering by clearly circling the correct answer.
When time is called, the question sheet should be placed back in the provided envelope. At the end of the game, the
envelope with the completed question sheets should be passed to the Extension brain game team
members located around the room.
