The OBFC700 is an automatic twin ring wire forming machine that produces wire rings of various diameters and pitches for binding books. The machine forms nylon-coated wire into U-shaped and then C-shaped loops that close into perfect rings for binding. It can change forming tools modularly and form at speeds of 500-700 loops/min for a 3:1 pitch or 300-500 loops/min for a 2:1 pitch. The machine automatically forms, counts, and stops production runs.
