52. PHASE - 3
Starts in 24 Months and then Ongoing
• The air conditioned traditional huts so got constructed will
be fully furnished upto standard 3-4 star hotel category
and will be leased back from the client by the
Oasis Group for running it as a “Resort Hotel”.
• The Oasis Group will also create a Main Building which
will have a few One Room Accommodations,
Bar-cum-Restaurant, Swimming Pool,
Spa, Business Centre and all other facilities like
Gym, etc which are there in a modern 3-4 Star Hotel. This
will also serve as a club facility for all the plot holders.

53. PHASE - 3
• The Resort Hotel will then run on Revenue
Sharing basis where from the total revenue
earned from rental/leases of villas.
• The Plot Owner will be given 24 free nights
every year and discount on Food and Beverages
of 25% if he uses the Resort Hotel for himself and
his immediate family.
• These free night facility is also transferable to
his family and friends.

• The advantage of this model of development will be
that instead of spending money to maintain your
second home / vacation home you will
earn a decent income every month and of-
course there will be faster appreciation in the
