The project is accessed through  a turnabout which will be developed into a vest pocket park and serve to house the valet parking kiosk.  All parking requirements are satisfied through structured parking which serves as the pedestal to the condo tower and is hidden from view by the office and retail component. 18   Firm’s Experience       MUNICIPAL CLIENTSThe Weston City Hall, the final building of the Weston Town Center, is to be one of the end caps to the Main Street experience.  This building will close off Main Street from the waterfront park and Arvida Parkway, beyond the lake.  The structure is the terminus to a pedestrian promenade two blocks long and stretches along retail, restaurant and second story studios' spine of activities catering to the residents of the City of Weston.  The City of Weston, which out sources the majority, if not all, of its services, will need only 22,000 SF of office space to house the Mayor, commissioners and state representatives, along with the City Manger and staff, and the    Commission Chambers with a seating capacity of 120 and an overflow of an additional 100 seats.  The entire second floor is to be leased to third party service contractors and professionals seeking to move their operations to the limited office space market in Weston.  The forecourt to the City Hall,  is a pedestrian open space, which will serve as the old home town “town square” for public and casual gatherings and as the terminus to parades and festivals alike.  The City Hall is flanked by six office buildings, also designed by OCAMPO & ASSOCIATES, Inc., which were completed in 2000.
