6. HOW IT WORKS. The BB ALERT ® O 2 PM system uses the well researched and proven technique of oxygen depletion, effective against all stages of the Bed Bug life cycle which are killed by oxygen starvation. • Materials for treatment are removed from the infested room in a sealed Transit Bag to prevent accidental spread of Bed Bugs. • In a separate treatment area, the Transit Bag is sealed into an air-tight ‘Flexi-Bag’ envelope with a calculated number of O 2 PM Oxygen Depletion Packs which absorb the oxygen present reducing the residual level to almost zero.

HOW IT WORKS. 1 2 3 • The sealed ‘Flexi-Bag’, now at the target oxygen depletion level, is stored in a secure location at normal room temperature for a 10-day treatment period before opening and removing all materials. • After cleaning to remove the dead insects all treated materials may safely be re-used immediately. • The used ‘Flexi-Bag’ may be re-used up to three times with replacement Activator Packs after checking it to be secure and puncture free.
