1. ES120-252 COOLED INCUBATORS
ES Series Cooled Incubators are designed to obtain freezing,
incubation, drying and test temperatures between -10°C and + 60°C
and have all the technical and application requirements for the
examinations in the fields of biology, zoology, botany and the quality
control laboratories in industry such as pharmacy, food and cosmetic.
The outer body of the cooled incubators is made
of epoxy-polyester powder coated stainless steel
and the chamber is made of stainless steel.
When the cold and hot temperatures concerned,
the insulation becomes more important for
efficiency of the product. ES 120 / 252
has insulation consisting of high density
injected polyurethane.
The door window consists of triple glass for
perfect insulation. Inner glass is antifogging to
avoid condensation and the outer one prevents
UV light. Magnetic gasket on four sides of the
door prevents air leakage from the chamber and
provides complete door closing.
There is also 25 mm access port as standard.
Interior lighting with on/off switch and
large view window on the door provides
easy observation of the samples.
The powerful air circulation system maintains
temperature uniformity and stability even at low
temperatures. Directional air flow assures quick
recovery after the door openings.
Automatic defrost system prevents the frost
on cooling coils for efficient refrigeration.
ES 120 / 252 is equipped with microprocessor
control system. As the advantage of the
microprocessor control system,
the heating is controlled by PID system while
cooling is controlled by proportional system for
precise and constant temperatures.
Easy to use control panel includes four digital displays for temperature,
time, program no and step no as well as some functional leds and keys.
Optional RS 232 outlet and NüveThermTM
software allow
to follow and store temperature data on the computer.
