Responsibilities
 Your work will require to travel at NUK 9 Auditors Client
Locations to execute the projects.
 Duties would require you to be abreast of latest tools,
technologies, technical‐know‐how, skills, certifications, etc. for
executing the projects.
 You will require to follow the policies, rules, standards and
guidelines issued from time to time by NUK 9 Auditors and its
clients.
 You are also required not to disclose in any manner for
whatsoever reason Confidential as well as Sensitive
Information and Information systems to anyone without any
authorizations form seniors.
 You will also require to sign the Employment Agreement and
Confidentiality Agreement, once you accept this Offer Letter.
 You will require to provide copy of Professional Certificates to
NUK 9 Auditors.
 You will be required to maintain the Timesheet for salary
processing.
4. Salary  NUK 9 Auditors Offers you with a Monthly Salary of Rs.

5. Deductions  There would be deductions from your salary towards Taxes and
other amounts with the rates as mandated by the law.
6. Travel Conveyance  You will be entitled towards Outstation Travel Conveyance
based on the Designation and Level against the proofs
submitted to the company.
 Local Travel Conveyance is part of your CTC and titled as “City
Compensatory Allowance”.
7. Working Timing  NUK 9 Auditors follows a Flexible‐Works, which means, Work‐
from‐Anywhere.
8. Leave Entitlement  You will be eligible for yearly 24 Nos. of leave which will be a
paid leave, i.e., monthly 2 Nos. leave.
 If not utilized the same can only be withdrawn at end of the
year.
9. Probation Period  3 Months will be as a Probation Period.
10. Yearly Increment  Company has a policy of minimum annual increment of 20% of
CTC, which may be increased / decreased based on
Performance Scored by you.
11. Minimum
Commitment
 You will be providing a minimum commitment of 1 Years of
service to NUK 9 Auditors. Failure to do so will attract penalties
as decided by the senior management of NUK 9 Auditors.
12. Notice Period  You will be needed to serve a 1 Months’ Notice Period in case
decided to move from NUK 9 Auditors.
 The Notice Period duration will also be applicable during
Probation Period as well.
 In case of not‐adhering to the notice period duration, the same
will be adjusted against the full‐and‐final‐ settlement‐pay.

 On or Before 5 th December, 2015
