On April 29, North Trail Elementary School hosted a Grand Day, welcoming over 200 grandparents and featuring a memorable performance by first-grade students under the guidance of music specialist Nancy Huppert. The event included tours of the school, showcasing student artwork, and a shared lunch, emphasizing the importance of family support in student success. Benefits of family involvement highlighted included higher academic performance, better attendance, and increased postsecondary enrollment.
