This document summarizes a proposal for an online platform called "No Problem!" that aims to raise awareness of hidden problems in Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan. The platform would allow users to submit and discuss issues that are ignored by governments or not reflected in official statistics. It would foster regional cooperation and provide evidence on shared problems to help break down borders and stereotypes. The platform would be multilingual and allow anonymous or mobile reporting, with user submissions undergoing pre-moderation. It is proposed to be funded through individual donations, grants and advertisements to cover annual costs of around $10,000 USD.
