Synopsis:
With the rise of the Chinese economy and the growing economic and trade co-operation between
Singapore and China, more working adults need to communicate with Chinese-speaking associates
and/clients. The focus of this course is effective communications in Chinese in line with Chinese
business practice.
This activity-based course aims to provide an understanding of Chinese communication style, equip the
students with the necessary knowledge and skills to communicate in an effective manner in different
business situations, It will also help students improve their personal effectiveness and relationships with
business associates and clients. this course will be delivered through seminar discussion, role-play and
online discussion in Chinese, with a focus on oral communication competency.
