This document provides guidelines for sharing stories or experiences related to personal growth, overcoming perceptions, team unity, or systems thinking. Participants can choose from categories of individual or group themes. Individual categories include stories of self-improvement or overcoming mental models, while group categories focus on unity to achieve a shared vision or accomplishing a mission. Entries can be in the form of essays, songs, illustrations, or videos, and must follow specified formatting guidelines. The purpose is to encourage sharing experiences within a set of rules to protect sensitive information.
