As a lead the first primary responsibility was to investigate the scope of automation and to
Convince the client of the same. Once convinced was actively involved in planning , design

With the large number of critical production servers under our support, simultaneous manual
monitoring of the servers was a time taking and erroneous task. Understanding the same came
up with proposal of setting up centralized monitoring system using the current resources with
the client and design and implement the same on client approvals.
Responsibilities:

15. Designed the whole architecture of the new system using the current available
resources/servers and provided technical help, guideline to team members and with a
successful coordination developed the same in record one-month time. The new system
successfully automated the monitoring of more than 30 SQL servers for below activities.

It is a 24*7 basis support project for manufacturing giant GE based out from USA and offices
across the globe. We had to work on more than 50 MS SQL Servers Raid 5 configurations,
Windows 2003, SQL server 7/2000/2005.
Responsibilities:
As a Module leader / Onsite coordinator / Team Member I was responsible for coordination,
motivation, guidance and lead by setting a good example to carry out end to end DBA support
which included activities like
 Resolve the support requests from client’s IT admin, helpdesk or from customer
directly.
 Meeting deadlines for all assigned support calls/ requests and reports to the Project
Manager for status and updates.
 MS SQL SERVER on client servers by remote terminal services which is
deployed in the US region servers
 Leadingvariousprocessimprovementactivitiesandsuccessfully completing
