AIESEC Ahmedabad.
I worked with Nikita very closely in my MC term and from my experience of working
with her, I can well say that Nikita is highly capable to take up any role possible in the
organization and do immense justice to it. She has potential to pull off things which no
one could think of. The year 2013 is an exemplary evidence of the same, when as a TL
she singlehandedly took oGCDP in AIESEC Ahmedabad to unprecedented heights.
Working with Nikita, I also figured out that she has the appropriate background and
experience to execute objectives based on existing processes. She has right expertise to
find avenues to make necessary evolution and at the same time ensure personal and
organizational growth. Her experience and performance in AIESEC speaks of her
understanding and commitment for the organization. I strongly believe that she has
acquired the right skill and perspective to take AIESEC Ahmedabad forward.
As an individual, Nikita is resilient. She is a passionate leader and is not ready to accept
