There's free parking at the warehouse. There is a COTA bus that stops at 1200 Kinnear Rd and 1100, and that's the 84 OSU - ARLG - GRANDVIEW. I have never taken it. West Campus stops pretty close by if you walk through a couple parking lots of other buildings.
