1) A partnership between various organizations created short videos and discussion guides about health topics for linguistically isolated Laotian and Vietnamese immigrants in Philadelphia. 2) The videos and materials would be distributed on TV, online, and to social services to help address disparities in health and health literacy among Southeast Asian communities. 3) An Elders Council identified hypertension, language access, and doctor-patient communication as key issues to address.
