News for GAAR has been in prominence in last few years as Indian Government has taken initiative to introduce GAAR or General Anti Avoidance Rules with a view to increase tax collections and is likely to be implemented from 01Apr 2017 as stated by Fin Min.

Setting off in the early morning, driving in a wavy
road that strolled up the rich green mountain of Al
Shoufwater, was a real joy.
The narrow road backed up by the mountain from
one side and the valley from the other took us
through many small villages that were scattered
randomly until we reached Murshed Spring.
A huge reef of
escalating plants and
moose, stretched high
up the rocks through
which the falling
waters sipped along so
wonderfully. Beneath
such beauty, crystal
water blurred our eyes
with small fish moving around while two big white
ducks swam so majestically , quite undisturbed.
Yet nature had another surprise for our excited souls
waiting in suspense for what could be more
enchanting.
Wizen cave was our next stop ,naturally engraved ,
the narrow , underground water passages gave us the
experience of walking, bent headed , touching the
wet rocks , smelling the moist , while the 500 –
hundred old slippery stones guided our stumbling
feet ahead into a surface opening announcing the
end of our pre - historic indulgence .
Driving ahead to Beit El Dein was our next treat.
A wonderful palace, built by Fakher El Dein, was so
unique in the way its spacious rooms were simply
furnished , though the ceilings were exquisitely
decorated with mosaic stones.

2. The palace gardens were indescribable .High pine
trees surrounded the green courtyards that stretched
along the surrounding hills, giving the stroller a
brilliant tranquility, never experienced before.
Grotto Cave was another unforgettable place in
which we sailed in deep pre-historic passage,
breathtakingly impressive. Outside, at the opening
of the cave, stood a gigantic statue, while the green
mountains and valleys surrounded the site in a
wonderful natural scenery, as peculiar as the site
itself.
Driving along the shores of the Mediterranean
heading towards Byblos was our next step in an
amazing, unmatched trip that pleased not only our
visual senses but rather enriched our souls with the
cultural inheritance of places that combined
heavenly beauty with human imprints. Engraved in
stones and rocks, that each corner revealed secrets of
the past of which magic was renewed every season
by floods of snow, covering its peaks, announcing
upcoming resurrection.
In Byblos, we went on foot, through the old bazars
up to the old citadel. Antiquities and souvenirs were
displayed on both sides of the old, stone - paved
narrow allies that led, so amazingly, to the entrance
of the old site that dated back to the Eighties
